The Blog

I think the blog was a useful tool even though i believe a good portion of the class either didn't post on time including me,or didn't do it at all. All in all it's an effective way to communicate with your classmates, especially if you really get into what a blog is suppose to do. Sharing ideas, different comments and disagreements on topics is essential because you get a different aspect of things. Its not really a wrong or a right, thats why it's so good. A forum where you can speak your mind about things. It's a good way to get 20% thats for sure. Good luck to you all, and thanks prof k for a different type of management class!

My poem of careless co-worker

You communicate in code words, how could i understand your expectations, when you have no motivation. Having to talk to you is important to me,and i know you need acknowledgement, but i need it also, when i do a good job as part of management. You can make a difference, if you'd put our teams success as a priority...Sometimes you dont need to agree with the majority.
Your performance is in your hands, and i hope you see, that you are just as important to the team than anyone else is.
